How can I sell my product(s) through Sell Your Kicks?

You can sell your product(s) using our two methods, i.e, Consign Now or Instant Cash-out

What can I consign/cash out through Sell Your Kicks?

You can consign/cash out on sneakers, and hype apparel/product(s).

Can I list my product(s) without having the product physically?

You can list your product(s) if you have the proof of purchase and your order is underway from an authentic platform.

Make sure to select the “Don't have in-hand pictures will upload once I receive the pair” option.

What condition does the product need to be in in order to be listed?

The sneakers, hype apparel/products should be:

  • Authentic
  • Deadstock, i.e unworn
  • Inclusive of any additional accessories that come alongside the product like laces, lace tips, manufacturer tags, and special packaging
  • Consisting of the proof of purchase or legit check certificate
  • Consisting of mint-condition packaging
Can I consign/cash out the products which are only tried on once?

Products worn even once will not be accepted. We do not consign/cash out on any second-hand goods.

How long will it take for my product to be authenticated?

The authentication process takes up to 24 hours*. A digital verification will be conducted post-listing. After the product is sold, the product will undergo a physical check

Rarer items may take longer to authenticate due to their limited nature.

* Please note processing times may slightly be longer during holiday periods and special release dates.

How will I know if my product has reached the Sell Your Kicks warehouse?

You will be notified once the product(s) are received and the authentication process is underway on the seller dashboard and the registered email address.

How do I ship my product to you?

You can use any of your preferred pan-India delivery companies. Make sure to attach the tracking details on the portal once your product is shipped with the seller code attached to the package.

* It is solely the seller's responsibility to ship the product(s) in protective and secure packaging to ensure the original box/packaging is delivered undamaged.

How will I know when you have received my product(s)?

The shipping company through which you will ship your products will provide you with the tracking details consisting of real-time updates about the delivery. Apart from this, our Seller's Portal will notify you when we receive your product(s) alongside an email notification.

How and when will I receive my payout?

You will receive your payout within 48 hours of in-hand verification of your product(s). The payment will be made to the account that you submit to us on the seller's portal. Please be careful while entering your account details* to ensure they are accurate.

*Incorrect information will lead to a delay in your payout.

My product was rejected. Why is that?

Sell Your Kicks takes great pride in offering and curating the best selection of sneakers, and hype apparel/products for our customers. Because of this, we have a very rigid authentication and verification process before the product can be listed for sale. Rejections can occur for numerous reasons* like:

  • Missing accessories
  • Product not in their original box
  • The product was not under dead-stock condition

* A note will be shared with the consignor for any other reason that does not pass our authentication process.

My product was rejected during the authentication process. How do I get them back?

The seller will be notified about the rejection of a product through the seller's portal. To receive the product back, the seller will be charged ₹1000 as a penalty and shipping charges.

Why is my product not moving?

Due to changing market conditions, the product may not move. In such a case, we recommend a market price better suited to move the product quickly.
